I had a big issue with my 2016 Ford Edge. My engine needed to be replaced and it was very stressful on me. My service rep Caitlin was unbelievably helpful and friendly. My car was in the shop for almost a month and a half as they needed to wait for the engine to come in. Caitlin kept me up to date on what was happening. We would speak every few days for an update. Caitlin was so helpful and I sincerely appreciate everything she did to assist with the situation. From the appraisers to keeping up with when the engine would arrive, she was on top of the ball. Great and fast service
The manager Mike is a breath of fresh air! He's hands-on, and makes the customers feel very comfortable. Caitlin, who is the service advisor, is very efficient in her job. She has a friendly, kind way about her that also is appealing to the customers. Even the young man who did the work on my car was very pleasant and helpful. This was probably the best appointment I've had with Kelly Ford service.
