I bought a truck here last week with my husband. Everything was fairly easy. When it came time to choose finance rates and the repayment period, the business manager was quite dismissive when I asked if he would share what the rate options were. He assured me he would give me the best rate. He seemed frustrated that I cared how much the truck was going to cost and he wanted me to focus only on how much the monthly payment was going to be. I'm not sure I got the best rate available, but I did get the best rate Sam was willing to share with me.

Super service. I had never been to this Ford dealer for service before. Took my 2012 Ford Focus electric there as I was having problems getting it to start. They were very helpful as soon as I walked in. Service guy listened to my problem and they took it right away. I was concerned due to the age of the car that this was going to be a serious/expensive problem...they checked it out. Fixed and done. $35!!!! I could not believe it. I would have expected over $100 just to look at it. Plus service people were friendly and helpful throughout. I cannot say enough positive things. Now I am even thinking if I must get a new car in the future checking out getting a Kelly Ford.

I walked in just looking for numbers on trading in and considering my financial options between financing and leasing. I originally was looking to do a lease for an F250 but wasn’t aware that Ford didn’t offer that as an option. I had worked with Ambrose previously and knew I wanted to work with him again. Ambrose explained that to me and talked me through upgrading to a newer F150 and made sure I got all my questions answered and the options I was looking for. Ended up signing for a lease that night and couldn’t be any happier. Well done Ford and well done Kelly!
