I brought my car in for a recall repair and to look at my sunroof because it wouldn’t operate in any direction. When I picked up the car, to my surprise, everything was fixed, and I was not charged for any service. Needless to say, I walked away a very happy man

I went to visit Kelly Ford in Beverly on a Saturday with a couple cars in mind and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it was a great experience. Sorena Choum was the salesperson who first greeted me and she was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable and listed to everything I wanted in a new car. She showed me the best options and within a half hour, we were out for a test drive. Mike, one of the general managers and John in Finance were also great, they were able to answer all of my questions, kept me within my budget and never once made me feel pressured. On a personal note, having a female sales person, especially one so young and educated in the field, was fantastic; I ended buying the only care I drove and I'm so happy with it. I believe this location is under new management and it shows, every person I encountered was welcoming and would come over to chat while I was waiting. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a no pressure, family style dealership that will have you leaving with both a new car and a smile.

I honestly have never had such an amazing experience at a dealership! I never stepped a foot in the dealership. Sorena/Cody handled everything through text/email. They drove the SUV to me 3hours away. Mark in sales was very informative and did everything I requested. They even went above and gave a discount on the vehicle which was already a great price!! I read reviews prior to purchasing and I have to say I was not disappointed at all! No shady sales tactics, no hidden fees, no BS. I recommend them 100%! I absolutely love that Sorena drive the SUV to me and I didn't have to make that 6 hour round trip. Woot woot! Thank you Kelly Ford for an amazing transaction!

Easy scheduling, friendly staff and on time service

Christian and his team did an awesome job fixing my husbands truck. Walked us thru the issues and explained everything completely. Checking out was a breeze with wonderful attention to paying and getting our paperwork. The women helped us with our half cash and other payment process. We will always stay with this dealer ship and am on third auto purchase with Kelly. Excellent teamwork by everyone.

The service department at Kelly Ford was great. Booking my appointment for an oil change was easy. I asked them to investigate an odd noise at drop off and despite a full schedule they were able to squeeze me in same day for some extensive work. Great service!

Just want give a shout out to KELLY Ford of Beverly. I had such a great experience purchasing my 2024 Bronco. I worked with John who was always responsive and communicated every step of the way. He answered all my questions and was upfront about everything.
