I recently purchased a 2023 Ford explorer limited from Kelly Ford. Over all the experience was easy and laid back. My salesman Fernando was above reproach. I was having issues with a Governor Ford in Malden, where they would not allow me to buy out my lease. I went back-and-forth and back-and-forth with McGovern Ford and had to call Ford motor credit. They put me in touch with a Kelly Ford and I have to say it was a complete pleasure.

I had an issue with my onboard "Sync" system in my 2020 F-150. It took a bit of troubleshooting and time figuring out the problem. But Mike Myette and his crew got it diagnosed and repaired. And now it works great!

I need to revise my earlier post. The Service Manager did get back to me and scheduled another appointment for first thing the next day. Unfortunately, the problem turned ut to be electrical, so i will have to return in a week for yet another apointment. Everyone at Kelly's seems to be committed to resolving the problem. The manager Mike is a breath of fresh air! He's hands-on, and makes the customers feel very comfortable. Caitlin, who is the service advisor, is very efficient in her job. She has a friendly, kind way about her that also is appealing to the customers. Even the young man who did the work on my car was very pleasant and helpful.
