Super service. I had never been to this Ford dealer for service before. Took my 2012 Ford Focus electric there as I was having problems getting it to start. They were very helpful as soon as I walked in. Service guy listened to my problem and they took it right away. I was concerned due to the age of the car that this was going to be a serious/expensive problem...they checked it out. Fixed and done. $35!!!! I could not believe it. This place is great! The service dept is much much much better with Friendly, and facilities and helpfulness than the other local Ford Dealers in the general area. Brought my vehicle here as the 360 Camera system randomly stopped working and they were able to eventually (took a week) get it working again as the cameras needed alignment as part of the module reprogramming. All covered under my Ford ESP plan that they made sure to submit the claim. Ian (Service Advisor) also eventually set me up with a loaner vehicle, which was clutch as they dont do regular rentals. My 360 camera system randomly stopped working in my 2019 Expedition. Brought it to Kelly Ford Beverly and they were able to fix the problem and made sure my Ford ESP covered the costs. This was my first time using this Ford dealer for service and overall a great experience ! They even eventually provided me a loaner vehicle! I had a couple high hoses come apart on my 2016 f250. And kelly ford took me in as a "drop off" and within 5 hours had me back on the road again. I am always impressed with the professionalism they project. And I have been very happy with the work that they prefom on my truck.
