I rarely share negative reviews but a series of delays “can you leave the car for another night”, a lack of expertise in analyzing the root cause of a problem and ongoing poor communication with the service department is what prompts this generous 3 star review.

I've been going to Ford services all around the country as a traveling nurse. This is the first service center where I felt taken care of and not taken advantage of. All my questions answered and work was done fast! They helped me with my state inspection on my Ford Transit. Christian and Demetri were so nice and welcoming. Also, someone in the waiting area came to check on me and offered me refreshments (didn't get his name). All and all top-notch service today!

Overall a good buying experience with Dave Labrecque and Cody Michael. What I appreciated was that there were no dealership gimmicks attached to the sale price of the vehicle, just a $500 edge guard protection package that I believe can be declined. (I negotiated a deal in my favor and they still included the guards, a very nice touch!) Unfortunately, a previous woman I spoke with had given me incorrect information about the payments (involving the amount for my trade and the down payment). Overall, I was happy with the dealership. It was clean, there was a lot of inventory and they were able to get the car I wanted.

I haven’t been there in a while, but the new up front pricing and communication is pretty great. You know exactly how much the repair will cost, and it was spot on. Going back next week to have them fix something else.

Despite previously being a very unsatisfied customer with the prior service management, they resolve my issue with the front axle quickly, and had it under warranty! So it has made me a lot more pleased with Kelly and Ford in general. Thank you very much.

I bought a truck here last week with my husband. Everything was fairly easy. When it came time to choose finance rates and the repayment period, the business manager was quite dismissive when I asked if he would share what the rate options were. He assured me he would give me the best rate. He seemed frustrated that I cared how much the truck was going to cost and he wanted me to focus only on how much the monthly payment was going to be.

Super service. I had never been to this Ford dealer for service before. Took my 2012 Ford Focus electric there as I was having problems getting it to start. They were very helpful as soon as I walked in. Service guy listened to my problem and they took it right away.
